Join us for a night of experience, strength and hope.

Once a month, four people attend the Alumni Panel Meeting, where they get to be of service to other, newer members of the sober community.

Each member of the panel gets an opportunity to practice the principle of the 12th Step, to carry the message to alcoholics, a message of success and hope. When one is new in recovery, they are often plagued by negative emotions and a sense of hopelessness. Seeing someone who was in their shoes but changed into a happy, successful member of society through the program and the 12 steps can offer a new sense of hope and conviction to someone who otherwise may give into their cravings.

It is also taught that selfless action is one of the most important elements of the program. People who have a lot of time sober often say that giving back to the newcomer, such as sharing their story and sponsoring are crucial to long term success in sobriety and having an ever improving quality of life.
