Low Cost Drug Rehab Programs In Pasadena, California

Every weekday clients in Day Treatment participate in 6 hours of counseling, addiction education, process groups and activities as part of their alcohol and drug rehab in Pasadena. Clients most appropriate for this level of care include:

• Those who have completed primary or in-patient alcohol and drug treatment in southern California or elsewhere and would benefit from extended care treatment;
• Those who have completed 30 days in the program at our Residential Treatment facility and for whom continuing with a high level of chemical dependency addiction treatment is recommended.

When clients transition into Day Treatment from Residential Treatment, many decide to move into one of Gooden Center's sober living houses or cottages.  Of course, Day Treatment clients may also reside locally with family or friends.

8:15   Morning Meditation Group (45 mins.)

9:30   Addiction Education Group (90 mins.)

11:30   Lunch

12:30 Journaling/Reflection (45 mins.)

1:30   Recovery Lifestyle Group/Physical Exercise (90 mins.)

3:30   Recovery Skills Process Group (90 mins.)
