You might be afraid through talking about your past that you will embarrass yourself. If you’ve never been to residential treatment facilities before you probably have no idea what they look like on the inside. In fact the only thing you might have to go off is movies and TV that depict rehabs for their characters. You can’t always go in and look at a rehab before deciding to go to rehab, not if you go to rehab post an intervention or a jail. Rehab is not a prison though most rehabs are nice and if you want something above nice there are always executive rehabs which are more pricy but give you your own room, suite or apartment.
