Outpatient Rehabilitation Center In Pasadena
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) sessions are three hours in length and take place 3 evenings a week and on Saturday mornings to accommodate work and school schedules. IOP clients live adjacent to our outpatient rehabilitation center. Intensive Outpatient groups take place at Holliston court, where a group room is set up in close proximity to resident living quarters. Clients most appropriate for this level of care include:
- Those who have completed our Residential drug treatment programs or Day Treatment and chose to continue at The Gooden Center in evening or Saturday sessions after returning to work or school.
- Clients for whom their alcoholism or drug addiction has not reached the level of severity that would qualify them for residential or day treatment.
- Those who find it difficult to maintain their sobriety even though they are participating in a 12-step fellowship.
When a client transitions from Residential Treatment facilities or Day Treatment into Intensive Outpatient concurrent with sober living, the client is extending their length of care. Considerable research has demonstrated that periods of extended Pasadena drug treatment and alcohol rehab enhance the prospect for lasting recovery.
