Satisfaction Survey

The most recent Client Satisfaction Survey is for the quarter ending June 30, 2011.

A Likert Rating scale is used for answering each of the 37 questions:

0 = Terrible;

1 = Mostly Dissatisfied;


2 = Mixed;

3 = Mostly Satisfied;

4 = Delighted.

Question #37 asks, "Overall sense of satisfaction with the services"

The average rating was 3.84

In Q1 2011 (first quarter) 28 surveys were completed. The average score for question #37 was 3.55.

In Q3 2011 (second quarter) 37 surveys were completed. The average score for question #37 was 3.84.
