Satisfaction

The most recent Client Satisfaction Survey is for the quarter ending June 30, 2009.

A Likert Rating scale is used for answering each of the 37 questions:

0 = Terrible; 1 = Mostly Dissatisfied; 2 = Mixed; 3 = Mostly Satisfied; and 4 = Delighted.

Question #37 asks, "Overall sense of satisfaction with the services"

In Q1 2009 (first quarter) 14 surveys were completed. The average score for question #37 was 3.60.

In Q3 2009 (third quarter) 16 surveys were completed. The average score for question #37 was 3.81.
